How can I pay for my order?

Can I place the order by phone?

No, it is not possible to order by phone but by sending us an email we would be happy to take charge of your order until it is processed.

Can I pay by cash on delivery?

We do not accept cash on delivery payments.

I can not complete the payment, how do I do?

What courier do you use to ship?

For all orders, shipments are made with GLS express courier.

What are the shipping times?

Generally, 1-2 working days from the time the order is processed, barring delays due to the courier.

I'm not at home for the delivery, is the courier calling me?

We require a telephone contact in the shipping data to allow the courier to be able to call in case of problems during delivery.
